Disappointing.I found Gary to be somewhat lazy and misleading and he frequently badgered me to lower my fair asking price. Others may have a different experience but my disappoinment of his performance led to me withdrawing my unit from sale.
I'm really glad that I went with Hall Realty! I spoke to two other property managers and feel like Gary listened to my concerns and then did everything he could to find a great tenant and ease my mind. He kept me in the loop, made helpful suggestions, recommended great tradesmen, assisted with price guidelines for various repairs, and took away a lot of worry as I never had to chase him up - he was always a step ahead and completely professional. He's obviously very experienced in the business, without being overconfident or arrogant, and provides excellent customer service. There are a lot of Real Estate agents out there but if you want someone who'll listen and advocate for you, be real, keep you in the loop, and ease your mind by doing extra checks, as well as operate in an ethical and professional manner, then I suggest you give Hall Realty a go as you know exactly who you're dealing with from go to woah.
Can't say enough good things about Gary. I've bought/sold a number of houses over the years, and this was by far my best experience. Service was exceptional. I was overseas during part of the process, and Gary organised removals, house cleaning, garden maintenance, etc. He even physically helped with the removal himself! Above and beyond - can't recommend highly enough!Gary also dealt very well with tenants I had at the time. He fosters good relationships with everyone he works with. The full package!
